Yes, we are open and offering face-to-face appointments in our clinic. We do require all staff and clients attending our clinic to adhere to our wellness policy, social distancing rules, practice good hand hygiene and sign in upon arrival. Bookings are essential for all appointments and classes.

Measure your current ability and work with you to develop your individualised plan.
Your private, individualised sessions are developed by your Exercise Physiologist specifically for you. They may consist of a combination of rehabilitation, exercise sessions, program development, follow up assessments and consultations.
Complete your tailored program in the comfort of our studio under the supervision of an Exercise Physiologist. Capped at 3 participants to ensure adequate supervision. We offer Reformer Pilates and Gym based semi-private appointments.
In light of the current COVID-19 status we are also offering online appointments via secure video call, also known as telehealth. Your Exercise Physiologist will be able to see where and how you are completing your home exercise program, check your technique and progress your exercises as necessary.
Our classes are limited to 6 participants, are 45 minutes in duration and delivered by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Participants are required to attend a “First Appointment” prior to attending their first class.

Pilates Matwork Class
Contemporary Pilates with an Exercise Physiology twist making this a mat work class like no other. Incorporating balls, bands, rings and rollers for a variety and a good challenge.
